Animated Flickr Mosaic by Trevor Boyle

Animated Flickr Mosaic by Trevor Boyle uses SWX to load the latest images uploaded to Flickr into my flash movie and then creates an animated mosaic of the loaded image. Because images are constantly being uploaded onto Flickr, and the random animation, your visual experience will be different to everyone elses. There is also the option to view images from a specific user, which means that you can view your own images with the same effect.

Well done, I think this is also a very fun little visualization tool. Nice use of SWX.

Thanks Ryan,

I have another version which uses different shapes for different images, like circles, triangles and even love hearts that I created with the drawing api.

I didn’t know how to work them into my ‘design’ for this version, but that will be coming sometime after this competition as v1.2
