Moodboard Generator by Charles Brandt asks you to give it up to 6 search terms at a time which describe the things you want to see on your moodboard.
Using SWX the 100 most recent photos for each of the terms are retrieved.
The photos are then animated gliding onto stage to a random location. Over time this creates a collage. Images may be repositioned by clicking and dragging them. Images can be saved to your favorites list by double clicking them.
Once you have added items to your favorites list you can create a moodboard of just those pictures and then upload it to Flickr using SWX.
This toy is especially interesting when you enter abstract concepts like dangerous or happy. It is also very interesting to enter a country's name and see what pictures people believe represent that country.

I like this one. You know what would be fun, if you could package this up for social networking sites. First find a way to deal with the bandwidth, but then have this as a little widget/gadget for peoples pages. They could create a collage about how they’re feeling.
Take it a step further and add a parameter to get the images from a specific feed, ie, a personal flickr, facebook, or myspace, and then use that data rather than always random images.
I bet people would love to use this on their “myspace/facebook” pages.
Nice work. Fun concept. Nice use of SWX.
